How to Measure Your Wall for MATT Stix Cladding

In this blog we cover the topic of measuring a wall to clad in MATT Stix.

If you're a DIY enthusiast planning to clad your wall with MATT Stix, the first step is to figure out how much you need. Here's an easy-to-follow guide on measuring your wall:

Measure the height and width of your wall. The height is measured from the floor to the ceiling. The width is measured side to side.

Next multiply the height by the width of the wall. You can remove areas not to be covered such as windows or doors.

Next, add 10% extra to your are calculations for offcuts and layout options.

Determine the number of boxes needed. Each box contains 21.5 square feet of MATT Stix. Thus divide the area to clad by 21.5 and round up to determine the boxes required.

If you need any help measuring or ordering the right amount of MATT Stix, don't hesitate to ask us for help!
